Felipe Mesquita is a software developer based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has written code to build good applications for 10 years.

He has Ruby on Rails as his favorite platform of development and considers that it is the best solution to build web applications.

Adopts agile methodologies in his works and belives that Scrum + XP is the best combination to manage projects.
